Full-service management is 20–30% of revenue — we only earn when you earn. For Airbnb setup only (no ongoing management), we offer three plans: Basic Guidance at $200 (we coach, you set up), Complete Setup at $900 (we build your listing from scratch), or Complete Setup + Professional Photography at $1,200. Compliance and permits start at $150.

In most cities (Vancouver, Burnaby, Coquitlam, etc.) tenants can host with written permission from the property owner or landlord. Surrey is the exception — only registered owners may operate STRs. We can help you navigate the required documentation.
Yes — in every BC municipality and provincially. All operators need BC Provincial STR Registration (since January 2025) plus a municipal business licence. Vancouver's licence is $1,108/year; most other cities range from $350 to the cost of a home occupation licence. We handle the entire compliance process for you.
Yes. We offer a dedicated Design & Staging service at $2,500 CAD (excluding furniture and decoration purchases) that takes your space from zero to fully guest-ready. This includes space assessment, layout planning, interior design direction, furniture and décor selection guidance, and complete staging setup. A well-staged property typically earns a higher nightly rate.
Some municipalities (notably Township of Langley) don't currently permit short-term rentals. Others have specific restrictions — Richmond prohibits whole-home rentals; Port Moody requires the host to be present. If you're ineligible for STR, we can advise on long-term rental optimization as an alternative.
We currently manage short-term rental properties in Vancouver, Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam, Langley, Surrey, Richmond, Burnaby, North Vancouver, West Vancouver, and Pitt Meadows.
Once onboarded, most properties are live within 5–10 business days. This includes photography coordination, listing creation, pricing setup, and platform optimization.
Airbnb's AirCover provides up to $3M USD in host protection. We also screen guests carefully, enforce house rules, and conduct post-checkout inspections to catch and document any issues promptly.
Yes, always. You retain full control of your calendar and can block any dates you like. We simply manage the listing around your availability.
Absolutely. While we offer bilingual support in English and Mandarin as a differentiator for immigrant property owners, all of our services are fully available in English.
